OVERVIEW

We take pride in making sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review the information below for details on our shipping, delivery, and tracking process.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched:
United States 1-5 business days
International 7-21 business days ( depending on destination and customs )
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Carrier delays, customs clearance, or weather events may affect delivery.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, these will be clearly shown during checkout or in promotional materials.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We proudly ship worldwide from the United States. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country.
- Delivery times vary based on destination, postal service, and customs processing.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by international carriers or customs authorities.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Happy Hips LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
If your tracking information shows a delivered package that you did not receive, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@happyhips.co with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping cost.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after your order has been confirmed.
