How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive in 1–5 business days, and international orders in 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping from the United States.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your package appears lost or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at contact@happyhips.co and we’ll assist where possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How do I start a return?
Contact us at contact@happyhips.co with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Please note: international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I exchange for a different size?
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order in the correct size.

Our products are designed to help gymnasts train harder, stay safer, and last longer.
Each piece is made to provide comfort, impact protection, and confidence through high-quality materials and thoughtful design.
Do you offer adult sizes?
Currently, we only offer Little and Child sizes.
If there’s enough demand for adult sizes, we’d love to expand!

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
How should I care for my Happy Hips gear?
We recommend cold machine wash and air dry to maintain the integrity of the materials.
Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and high heat drying.
What materials are used?
We use a blend of 80% Polyester
20% Spandex for the shorts and an
eco-friendly highquality silicone gel for the padding.
