RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW
We want you to love your Happy Hips products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please read our refund and return policy below for details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Include all original packaging and tags
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@happyhips.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Digital products (if applicable)
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email contact@happyhips.co
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if paid by us) will be deducted from your refund.
- If you used a discount code or promotion, your refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
If you need to return an international order, please note:
- We accept returns for international orders, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds for international returns will be issued to your original payment method in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Due to currency exchange rates and bank processing, the amount you receive in your local currency may differ slightly from your original payment amount.
- We are not responsible for any additional bank or currency conversion fees.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
